Invenergy is a leading privately held developer and operator of sustainable energy solutions.
In a dynamic and ever-evolving sector, we solve the energy challenges facing our customers and our communities. The world is just beginning to accept what we’ve known for years — clean power and renewable energy sources are the future. Our successful track record of developing, building and operating facilities proves that clean energy can be safe, reliable and affordable.
At Invenergy, our approach to creating clean energy solutions is entrepreneurial, innovative and sustainable. We work for the future and are not constrained by the next earnings call. With more than 100 projects in development or operation across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Japan, and Latin America, we’re leveraging innovative design and next-generation technology to create a new paradigm for energy production.
As the earth’s population swells to 8 billion, energy is one of the biggest challenges of our lifetime. At Invenergy, we see it as an opportunity. Some say it’s too costly and difficult to produce clean energy at scale. We disagree, because we’ve been doing it for years. Our wind, solar and natural gas project portfolio totals 7,897 megawatts — and has led to 58.6 million tons of avoided CO2 emissions.

Wisconsin K-12 Energy Education Program
The Wisconsin K-12 Energy Education Program (KEEP) was created to promote energy education in Wisconsin schools. With support from Alliant Energy, Madison Gas & Electric, We Energies, Wisconsin Public Service, WPPI Energy, and Xcel Energy, KEEP leverages teacher education to improve and increase energy literacy in Wisconsin's K-12 schools as a means of contributing to statewide energy savings.
KEEP provides interdisciplinary curriculum and hands-on resources for Wisconsin PK-12 teachers interested in teaching a variety of energy topics including basic energy concepts, energy efficiency and conservation, and renewable energy.
KEEP offers workshops and in-services tailored to meet your school needs. More than 7,300 educators have participated in KEEP courses and workshops since 1997, impacting more than 5.5 million students.
KEEP’s school-to-home approach encourages hands-on discovery of energy use and implementation of efficiency behaviors. Program meets demand for project- and STEM-based learning and links to careers.
