Lynn Parins is a finance attorney in Foley's energy industry team, where he focuses his practice on project financing and mergers and acquisitions for solar, wind and energy efficiency projects. His practice includes renewable projects of all sizes, from utility scale projects in the hundreds of megawatts to community solar projects to small rooftop arrays. Lynn also works regularly on PACE financings across the country and in Wisconsin for projects including both energy efficiency and water conservation measures, and solar arrays.
