In challenging economic times, the renewable energy workforce remains a bright spot for Wisconsin. Residential solar installations reached a new peak in 2020. Nevertheless, expansion of renewable energy depends on growing a trained workforce. This session will highlight Wisconsin's leading renewable energy training programs, proposed legislation to help expand these training opportunities, and strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in this growing job market.
